The First United Methodist Church of Bowling Green is a congregation of people who seek after God and love the people around them.

The United Methodist Church has been in the Bowling Green community since 1880 and the people of this faith community have long held to the call of John Wesley on the church to, "Do all the good you can. By all the means you can. In all the ways you can. In all the places you can. At all the times you can. To all the people you can. As long as ever you can."

Pastor Amy has been the lead pastor at FUMC Bowling Green since 2011. She has a heart to lead the church in service to our community. She is married to Dave, also a pastor, and has a dog, Dani, and a cat, Herman.
